Everyone, welcome to my podcast.

Just kidding. If you’re still reading, you know that this is not a podcast but, in fact, a Blog, and with a cheesy introduction.

Podcasting has been around for over a decade. It didn’t hit any traction until about 4 or 5 years ago, but it’s grown faster than anyone could expect when it did. As of March 2021, there are 1,750,000 podcasts with over 43 million episodes published to the world. You can’t help to think, is it worth starting a podcast? Yes, you should. If you read my article on if blogging is…

It was only 9 months ago when I decided to write a blog every day for a year. I decided to do this, not only to share the stories of starting a company in the middle of a pandemic but to stay true to one of my passions, writing. And to see if starting a successful blog 12 years after the blog boom was still possible. After about 90 days the workload of my start-up became too much. I was working 90 hours a week and couldn’t take the 20+ hours it took me to create somewhat of a decent…

College, the Cadillac of learning. It’s what I call the world’s norm of education. Some of us have spent no time in college and the other 10+ years. With tuition constantly increasing to amounts that make it almost impossible for your average person to attend without accruing debt, it has raised the question in the last decade if it’s even worth attending. Generations before were expected, but now, people are rethinking the entire idea. More often lately, I hear the phrase “College is overrated.” Yes, I even hear that by people attending college. And despite how I could write an…

February 2020, right before the entire world was going to change into some weird quarantine, anti-social heaven. I decided to start a company. I was still working my good-paying warehouse job at the time, but whenever I got home, I began the grind of starting a company. Here we are almost a year and a half later. I have worked weekends, holidays, nights, mornings, and everything in between. Last week I had a family reunion in Las Vegas, and despite my body fighting every urge to keep working, I decided to take the majority of the week off. …

So there I am. Sitting at a coffee shop on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. I am sipping on some warm sweet coffee, working on my company like I do every weekend. A man about my same age walks by, sits down, and starts to draw on his Ipad. He had an awesome Tattoo, so I did what I do best and struck up a conversation. The guy seemed awesome and we hit it off. We were talking about life and crazy stories, then we got on the subject of professional careers. I hate to lie, so I told the truth…

We are all dreamers. Whether it’s running a ranch in Texas, and jumping horses all day, to becoming a famous actor or movie producer. We all have the dream job, something that seems just a little too far out of reach to achieve, so what we do is settle. We think there is no chance to get there and we give up. We end up in cubicles, looking out the window across the building knowing there is more for us out there. We get comfortable being a server at the restaurant we know all too well, and push where we…

If you have read my blog in the past you know how much I love(hate) people talking about starting a business and working for yourself and how easy it is. How you should quit your 9–5 and travel the world. I am never one to trash on someone’s dreams and if I could I would pay everyone in the world a million bucks a year to do nothing. But I run my company full time and I know that most people should not pick this. It’s not a life that is for everyone. I am a fan of side hustles…

During the summer of 2019, before we ever knew of a modern pandemic. I spent three months in Europe, mostly living out of the tent I carried on my back. It was one of the best summers of my life and the summer where I learned the most about myself. I got close to death one too many times. Nonetheless, this trip taught me more about life than any classroom, and today I want to share with you the three most important and best life lessons I learned from this crazy experience.

Things will never go as planned.

While prepping…

Bitcoin just tripled last night! I just made $150,000 last week. If this is something that you have heard from a friend or in the news lately, you’re not alone. It seems the number of overnight millionaires is increasing more every day and that’s not a good thing. It is great for someone to risk their life savings on a non-existent currency, but for people making this much money means the market is volatile and that can be a big sign for a market crash.

More often than seeing millionaires pop up overnight is people on the internet or in…

Who else has friends that make them completely question the friendship?

Friends. An always ever-changing love-hate relationship for us introverts. We love to hang out with them but also love not having them. Despite my homebody opinion on the subject, friendships are amazing, and having good ones, can be one of the best feelings through life. Unfortunately, finding good ones is like finding a needle in a haystack if the haystack was the size of planet Earth. More often than not, friends these days are fake. It took me years to find simply one good friend out there. Sifting through…
