One Productivity Rule That Will Change Your Life
Productivity is something that we all strive to accomplish. Whether it’s spending more time writing that book you started years ago or trying to get off the couch after your fifth time through “The Office”, we all wish we were more productive (myself included.)
I was tired of not getting enough done throughout the day. I would beat myself up about it, which, in turn made me less productive. I searched all over the internet to find the secrets of the most successful people in the world, but I could never find anything concrete. I decided to take all of the research I found on productivity and design my own method that allowed me to get more done in a day than I ever thought possible. It boils down to two words, time management.
If you have things to do you need to learn to manage your time, and if you don’t, you fall into the long rabbit hole of procrastination. This is why I implemented something so simple and effective in my daily life. A check list. You read that correctly, a simple checklist flipped my productivity world upside down. Here is what I started to do.
