Stop Listening to Get-Rich-Quick “Gurus”
I know why you clicked on this article. If you are like me, you have seen 1,000 ads from “gurus” telling you how to “get rich quick” with some magical formula they discovered, and nobody else has. And for the low price of $100(or more) bucks, you can be a millionaire overnight! Yeah…okay. Been there, done that. The sad part is despite how much these internets wanna-be’s want to prove to you it exists, there just isn’t a jackpot at the end of the rainbow no matter how many times you follow it. I have seen so many of these fake ads that I said out loud, “oh look, there is a new one doing it now,” the last time I saw a new “guru” ad.
Suppose someone is telling you how to get rich quick while doing little to no work. They are lying unless they are mailing you a million dollars for no reason. These people are marketers and selling to you precisely what you want to hear. Private jet girls(or guys) for miles on end, and a yacht, for whenever you won’t go on vacation. Yeah, okay, wherein the pyramid scheme contract do I sign?
