Taking Cold Showers is Something We All Must Try
After a long, cold, and continuous winter, I think we all can agree on how great a nice warm shower is… so refreshing. Showers are a place of comfort — a place to be bare naked and completely yourself. In a warm shower, you become a great thinker or a famous singer. Okay, I’m sure by now you can tell I might miss hot showers. But just because I miss it, and you are told to take them, does that mean they are good for you? Or the best for you? Let’s dive into this generation’s debate (not.) should you take cold showers over warm, and why?
Warm showers aren’t bad for you. I know people that have to shower twice a day, and they are still alive. They don’t provide any harm to you, so don’t think for one second that you need to stop. I just want to share the benefits of a cold shower over a warm and my experience with it.
Note: It’s not the act of cleaning yourself that provides all of these benefits. It’s the exposure to the cold temperature for a few minutes every day. And the easiest way for an average person to get that exposure is through a cold shower.
