Regardless, negotiation is all around us. We experience it every day, whether we notice it or not. But are you maximizing your negotiations? Maybe you didn’t know, but there is a method to this madness. A technique that will leave you on top after every negotiation. And it starts with one word, “fair.” Let me explain.
After reading the book, “Never Split The Difference” by Chris Voss, I was opened to the magical world of negotiations. Although his theories made a lot of sense, I question how well they worked in the real world despite his load of backing evidence. However, after implementing all of these tools in tactics. Practicing them and trying them out any chance I got. I can say that they work flawlessly. I highly recommend you read his book, but if you don’t have time, let me tell you what you need to know to maximize your negotiation skills immediately.
